3. Design Rights and Content

3.1. You must have full rights to any logos, images, or text you upload or request.
3.2. You grant Printribe a non-exclusive license to use your content for fulfilling your order and marketing purposes.
3.3. Printribe reserves the right to reject designs that are offensive, illegal, or infringe intellectual property.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2. In the event of pricing errors, Printribe reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
4.3. Payments are accepted via Printribe approved secure bank transfers or third-party gateways.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout, via email or phone during order confirmation.
5.2. Printribe is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier disruptions, strikes, national holidays, natural calamities, etc.).
5.3. Risk and ownership transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
6.2. Since all items are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrectly produced.
6.3. If there is a manufacturing error, Printribe will reserve the right to replace the product upon investigation.

9.1. All terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
